HP IP Console Switch 3x1x16 Config.

I have a 3x1x16 switch and would like to manage it remotely. I installed the Viewer and tried to setup a "new switch." The application does not see my switch. I have a specific IP address assigned to that particular port but still cannot see the switch.
Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

What you have exactly
HP Server Console
Or
IP Console Switch
they looks Identical, however Viewer can be used with IP only
