HP IP Console Switch
After upgrading the HP IP Console Switch and dongles to the latest firmware and installing the latest client software, and setting the mouse speed to 50% on the Windows 2000 servers, the mouse pointer tracks, stays aligned, and synchronized.
This is not the case for Windows 2003 servers, the mouse cursor does not track, the cursor does not synchronize properly. The problem also happens when you boot the Smart Start CD, which runs Linux in the background.
Does anyone know how to coreect the cursor sync issue on Windows 20003 when using an HP IP Console Switch?
Thanks,
Tim
