HP NNM Incident Priority
Hi,
We have deployed HP NNM to monitor all production servers and network devices. However, priority of the incidents is yet to be streamlined.
Was wondering if there is any particular way to create incident priority matrix for all servers and nwk devices and then incorporate it with rules in NNM or is it just that based on criticality of the server or device, priority of the incident has to be fixed.
Any insight on how to go about this task would be greatful?
