HP PROCURVE 1810G-24 (8 octets mac address?)
I have several Procurve 1810G-24 switches running on firmware ver 2.2 and I have a question.
In the Mac table entries, I can see that all the Mac addresses in 8 octets instead of the usual 6.
eg:
xx : xx : xx : xx : xx : xx : xx : xx
instead of
xx : xx : xx : xx : xx : xx
Is this normal? Any way to make it shows just 6 ?
Anyone can advise on this matter?
Thanks in advance.
