HP ProCurve Switch xl 16-port 10/100/1000 Module (J4907A)* (new!) - for the 5308xl switch.

Anybody out there using these new cards, and whether there are any known problems.

That module has not yet been released so you have to wait to get any feedback on the functionality.

Last week we tried setting up our 5308 with the J4907a with 3 VLAN and using the 2 multi-personality copper as a trunk. Nothing communicated on the VLAN and after we just went back using it as a switch with no routing and VLAN's we realized that the trunk was only allowing minimal traffic. Hopefully we will get a chance to work with HP this week to try to resolve the issue. Ill post again when we find something.
