The ping is a success but the switch are already red.

Sorry I do a mistake, always red not already :-) !!

When I test with a right click on my red switch ( device access > test communication parameters in PCM ) , the result is very bad :

- SNMP Read Community : Device Unreachable
- SNMP Write Community : Device Unreachable

And now the ping doesn't work ! I think it's a problem orf communication with the SNMP protocol and the community name !

ButI don't know haw configure them !

- ping doesn't work ==> PCM cannot talk to the device from that windows machine. This network connectivity issue should be resolved first.

- ping works, but incorrect credentials configured in PCM ==> PCM cannot do SNMP communication with the device. To correct this use "Device Manager>Communiation Parameters in PCM" and configure supply correct SNMP values. If the SNMP values are not known - simplest way may have to manually find out by doing a telnet/console on the switch.


ps: sorry, but I guess many contradictions in each of your posts - making it difficult to guage the exact problem. Just a suggestion: Members in the forum could possibly help out better if problem is clearly defined and kept focussed around single area in each post.

may be contacts your regional a procurve partner

fristly make update all network device software version (last update)

and

pcm must be install fully update on your system

An other information, I have a switch superstack 3com which is not an hp procurve switch. This switch has been discovered because it's in my IP plage of my switch. It's possible that create a problem ?
