HP ProLiant BL p-Class C-GbE2 Interconnect Switch A
hello all
i have the fowling scenario to configure, i have a hpBL20p with win2k3 installed in slot2, that server must be connected to a configured VLAN in my procurve switch, this server and all clentes must be isolated from the rest of the network. the LAN port of the router is connected to the VLAN, and the router is configured as DHCP Server.
i don´t have no phisical connection to servers NICS, so i enable ports 3 and 4 in my gbe2 switch and i gave it an ip add in the range of the created VLAN and i mirror the port to port 22,then connect it physically to my VLAN procurve switch but that doesn´t work, i cannot ping my router or other computer in the network.
Can anyone help me with this i have no experience with this kind of configuration.
thanks
