HP Procurve 1800-24G WOL
Hi everyone,
We have a problem with HP Procurve 1800-24G switches Wake On Lan not work on computers connected to this switches. I now that WOL require IP-direct packed forwarding enabled but in this switches I can't found this option.
How to I can resolve this problem?
Thank You.

Re: HP Procurve 1800-24G WOL
The 1800-24G is a fairly basic Layer-2 only switch, a WOL packet (broadcast) will go out to all stations connected - no special configuration is required.
If you are trying to wake a machine from a different VLAN, you would need to enable ip-directed broadcast on the interconnecting router - not on the 1800.
