HP Procurve 2524 - SSH

I want to enable the ssh feature on an HP Procurve 2524. I have testet it on some devices and it worked well to my mind. Some of my supporters told me, the HP2524 have an paket forwarding problem after a reload with ssh enabled. I only see a higher cpu utilisation at administating the device via ssh than via telnet.

Do someone know something abour the paket forwarding behavior on an ssh managed HP2524 ?

I have never heard of any problems with packet forwarding on the 2500 series with SSH enabled.

thanks for yor answer but there are no configuration problems in this case.

But I am interested in problems on HP2500 Series switches with ssh anable after an reload or reboot of the device.

Are there any known problems for these cases ?

Initially the CPU of the 2500 after a reload / reboot can by high for sometime while generating RSA keys for SSH/SSL - this task runs at a low priority so should not affect the switch performance.
