HP Procurve 2524
Have 100 of these that needs passwords changed. Can HP insight manager do this? What tool can do all of these at once?

I presume you mean the telnet password and not the community strings. PCM+ can do it with the CLI policy. See chapter 10 of the PCM_admin.pdf for details.
