HP buys 3COM
So, will the next generation of HP Procurve switches be labeled 3COM units?
I´m just thinking about Colubris wireless components...

Re: HP buys 3COM
Looking at the attached PDF, there has never been a HP Procurve core component??? I always thought, the 8212zl had been.
Well, back to the PDF file. It seems, only 3COM parts will be the future core and enterprise components.
So, I´m asking myself, will there be future firmware enhancements available for our loved 3500yl/6200yl/6600/5400/8200 series?
Will the s12500 the "big brother of the 8200 series" as it is told in http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1377572 ?
Will 5400/8200 dropped?
Only future will tell...
