I own this ( expensive ) printer and have used rarely. Now that Im in a project and need to print several layouts using black only , after I run out of power the printer have faded ( no toner ) on left side on all printings, it gets clear toward one side, cant use it. There is no light indicating any problem, I restarted the printer and the computer and also tryed to use the cleaning software tool provided on original HP CD. What can I do??? Please anybody help me!

Shake you toner cartridge and try to print one more time.
Be accurate, do not broke the cartridge.

I tryed that too with no results. Is there any chance that the drum is damaged? Is there only one drum for all 4 cartdriges?
