Hanging management session on ProCurve J9264A Switch 6600ml-24G-4XG

Hi there,

recently purchased a couple of ProCurve J9264A Switch 6600ml-24G-4XG switches.
Updated the firmware to latest (K.14.60).

One of the switches is reacting strangely: at random occasions the managent session (ssh, telnet, serial console) freezes, and won't respond until I reboot the switch (hard reset).

Is it a faulty switch, a problem with the firmware, or perhaps something different?

Rebooted (reset) the switch today; login -> frozen.

Can somebody confirm that it looks like a faulty switch? I don't want to wait too long before opening a ticket with HP.
