How can I change the pass of my SW 3Com 2928PWRplus

Hi, good afternoon, I have a little problem with my device, because, the Administrator was fired and he changed the password and now I can´t login in this.

My question is, how can I reset the password?

Attach a serial console, power cycle, hit Ctrl-B to get into the boot menu then select 'Skip current system configuration'. That will get you in with a blank admin password but also no configuration.

Take a backup of the config files, and reapply the setting before saving. You probably need to have the switch on the bench to do all this, unless you can afford the downtime. Unless the existing setup is all well documented but I'm guessing it's not.
