How to connect these switches?

I have these 3 switches, and want them to stack as one big switch if possible.

2900-48G
2910al-48G
1800-24G

I see the 2910al has a 10GBe SFP in the back, but the 2900-48G only has 2 of the 10GBe CX4.

What is the best way to connect these switches? Cascading? Obviously I want to stack if possible.

Any help would be appreciated!

2910al-48 switch must be core switch

and connect with two gigabit port to 2900-48
and connect with two gigabit port to 1800-24G

two gigabit port use LACP protocol for 2Gbps bandwith between switch connection

I've thought about doing that, but of course I like the idea of keeping things cleaner using the back of the switches. we also very dependent on high bandwidth over ethernet, and I'm not sure 2GB would be enough.

Anyone ever use something like this? Looks like it would connect the CX4 in the 2900 to the XFP slot on the 2910al.

yes it is possible 10Gbps connection as well use 20Gbps bandwith two cx4 module between 2900-48 and and 2910al-48 but don't support 10Gbps module 1800-24G switch

you can use

HP ProCurve Switch 10-GbE X2-CX4 Transceiver J8440B module for 2900 switch

HP ProCurve 2-Port 10-GbE CX4 al Module (J9149A) module for 2910al switch

One last question...

I'm getting a 2nd 2910al-48G with the SFP connector.

So, I will have a setup like this:

2900-48G (core)

CX4

2910al-48G

SFP

2910al-48G

Can I run the CX4 from the 2900 to the first 2910al, and the SFP fibre from the second 2910al to the 3rd 2910al?

I guess I'm just wondering if it's okay to have a different backbone between the switches..

yes 2910 al switch must be core
but notneeded sfp port if this switch resiade same place you can use utp 1Gbps or 2 Gbps connection notneeded sfp port

Why must I use the 2910al as the core?

And can I connect the 3 switches using a combination of the CX4 and the SFP (fibre)?

I want to connect the 2900 to a 2910al using the CX4, and connect the 2910's together using SFP.

Would that work?
