I want to setup Vlans

I am a beginner I want to make VLANS over our network, Our core switch is HP5406zl and 09 other switches are 3500yl
please guide how to do it

well can you guide me step by step
as I mentioned We have a LAN over Main office and it is connected by HP 3500yl Series switches to Core switch HP 5406zl

so I need to make 10 vlans and tell me, configurations would be made on Core switch or other switches. We are using A Class IP Addresses.

I also want to add we are running Cisco Call Manager 7200 E Series on the network.
