IDM 2.3
Hello,
I have IDM 2.3 installed on a test system. In the active system we are using IDM 2.15
Our configuration is very simple, all PC's are added to the active directory with MAC address as username and password, and we have several windows server 2003 with IAS and IDM agent installed. These servers are added as the radius server to the switch configuration. And, of course, the pc is added as user to IDM...In IDM 2.15 all works well.
When using IDM 2.3 at the test system, the pc will be correct identify and IDM knows the right access policy group for this user but always the "default access profil" will be assigned. So the pc will handled as guest and are not in the correct vlan...
Any ideas are welcome...
Thanks
Werner

Re: IDM 2.3
I'm working on a similar issue, can you try restarting the IDM Agent and see if that helps?
For me that does help, but soon enough the problem re-occurs and the agent needs to be restarted again.
