Good afternoon! A problem with IDM (2.0) since morning it is not visible as users are connected, and after 10.00 at connection it is visible. In what there can be a problem? In RADIUS users are visible. Where in radius it is possible to see adjustments which are loaded from IDM? Thanks.

Can you explain in ENGLISH what is exactly do you mean by Visible?

Do you mean its not functioning? as users not affected by the IDM or its roles ?

By the way, any IDM ACL or security policy can be adjusted by a date and time.

Please explain more.

The matter is that the user is normally connected and fulfil rules, and in IDM it is not visible that it was connected.
