Infiniband switch subnet manager disables when server reboots

Anyone seen something like this.

I reboot an Oracle RAC node and the subnet manager on the Voltaire 4036 switch becomes disabled.

consequentially we spend an hour troubleshooting RAC until the light bulb goes on..

Appreciate any thoughts ..

For future reference.

The fix was to update the Voltaire switch's firmware for this known issue.
