Internet Cafe

I am building a network that includes 12 AP's, and 2 mobility controllers. They are going to distribute clients between two separate VLAN's, one for business, the other for Guests.

What we would like to do is setup an "internet cafe" wherein they would get a web page to log into for Guest access. I'm pretty sure that this is possible on the Mobility Controller but just not sure how. Any suggestions?

the best document is found in my.procurve.com, it's the implementation guide check it it will help to configure that from A to Z
