Issues with BLc GbE2C 2/3 Switch

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me out in this:

I have this BLc GbE2C 2/3 Switch. After I keyed in the default administrator password, I should be able to access the switch and key in commands.

In this instance, when i keyed in the default administrator password, the screen just shows a "router>" and freezes.

I have tried to do a reset by pressing on to the reset button located at the corner of the switch. But that does not work.

Can anyone advise?
