Is there a way to retrieve and/or upgrade config on a J3295A ?
I've got a lot of collision and I would like to know from which port it comes.
I don't see how to access the hub because there is no serial connection, and no way to set IP adresse. Any idea ?
Thanks

SolutionThis is an unmanageable hub (repeater). There is no way to set an IP address, retrieve the configuration, or update the configuration.
As a troubleshooting approach for an unmanaged device, I suggest temporarily substituting a managed device. If you do not have and cannot affort to do this, then another option would be to selectively move a cable from the hub to its upstream network device, assuming that there is an upstream device, that it is manageable, and that you can find a free port on it.
Good luck.
