J9019B identified as 1800 series in PCM+ B_02_30_6

This was purported to be fixed in B5. I searched this site for J9019B and came up empty.

I opened an incident with support when I was on B4. Sent them an email a few days ago but got no reply. Today I tried their phone support and got elevator music.

I know this is mostly cosmetic, but would like to know what's up.

Hi Les,

You need to upgrade the switch to Q.11.13, this is not released on the support page, you need to contact your local support.

Thanks for that. I called HP back and reopened my case. The tech tried sending me the update but couldn't. I gave him my gmail addy as well but when I check it there is nothing there either so I'm guessing the problem is on HP's end.
