KVM Switch password recovery !!!

i have a 1x1x16 ip kvm switch.i forgat kvm switch's password.What can i do?
Plase help me!!!

Connect to serial port with a terminal program - select 5 from the main menu to reset to factory defaults. it ll clear all other passwords aswell but if serial console password is lost it is unrecoverable ...
