Lost Communications detected - Heart Beat

Hi;
I have "Lost Communications detected - Heart
Beat Lost(52) "
problem on Procurve 5406zl switch. When it create to this error log; some modules made reboot on switch.

I changed software version ( K.14.60 ) but; I didnt fixed this problem. Now; K.14.47 software version running on switch. I called HP support center. They are searching but they didnt any detail for this problem.

Did you live same problems on Procurve switchs?

Hi Hizir,

My recommendation,
K.14.60 version reinstal and than disable SLFOW from ProCurve Manager or remove this switch from PCM (if the issue worsens, see if shutting down PCM helps)
Reseat module (or move to another slot and see if the problem moves - can swap modules around)Monitor.
Replace module if it happens again

I made SFLOW to disable 5 days ago. But state same.

I think this is management modul problem but Im not sure.

Hi,
I have one 5406zl switch out of 30 that is behaving similar. Support sent us a new chassis, no help. Then we changed the power units, no change. Then we changed power feeds to an other phase, no change.
We have in slot A and B J9308A (20TP+4SFP), and slots C-F J9307A 24TP modules.
Modules A,B and C does this.
Changed the C-module, no change.
Unplugged the C-module, it started to report on D-module, and the reboot sequence is now D-B-A instead of C-B-A.

Anyone else having these problems, or has got rid of the trouble?
