MDS 9124 with all members in default/vsan0001

can anyone tell me the easiest method to move/migrate all ports/devices etc from vsan0001 to perhaps, vsan0100, as the manuals clearly state you should not have your production vsan in vsan01.

(I have two fabrics, so can disrupt one if need be?)

Do i simply do a full zone copy ? Also, have some downstream blade switches below these (seed) switches. is there anything special i need to watch? Obviously, i would do a full zoneset redist. afterwards, but also this is running a fairly hefty vmware esx farm.. :(
