Me upgrade to Windows 2000

I had WIN ME, the I upgraded to WIN 2000, and the wdm modem enumerator disappeared, Where can I get an upgrade to make my modem work.I presently have a Lucent modem which supports V.90 56 Kbps protocols (Cheetah2)
