Modem not working properly after installing Win 2000 (N3478)

I just installed Windows 2000 on my HP Pavilion N3478. I cant find a driver for the modem on this website and I tried a couple of different modems and it just doesnt seem to work.
Any ideas/Help would be greatly appreciated.

Download the HP Configuration Interface for Windows 2000, it'll make your set up. Get it at :
http://h20004.www2.hp.com/soar_rnotes/bsdmatrix/matrix31683de_DE.html#Driver
(get addxk04.exe ).
