Multiple VLAN's, single port

Hello,

I am expanding our Hyper-V configuration and have recently purchased a Procure 4204vl.  I would like to use the GVRP to pick up the VLAN's on both the SonicWALL and the Hyper-V servers.  In both cases, they have multiple VLAN's tied to single ports.  Looking through the documentation, I am not finding whether or not I can use multiple VLAN's on a single switch port.  I found some articles online, but they do not address my model specifically.  Can anyone confirm please?

Thanks,

Robert

Re: Multiple VLAN's, single port

Hi

It's a question of VLAN Tagging. A port can be a member of multiple VLANs, but it can be untagged on only one. You must select it as a tagged member on the others.
