NC7131 slow speeds

Does anyone know if an Intel driver could work with this card. I get slow transfer speeds when using two DL360's and a Cisco gig switch. I think with these being slightly older cards, they done't run as fast as the newer ones out now. Has anyone else run in to speed issues with these cards.

We've run them at half duplex and haven't been that bad, but we have had somewhat consistent problems with them. Replacing them with 3com cards has become a standard troubleshooting step.
