Need details on the IOS feature

I need to clarification on the IOS of HP procurve 5412zl and 8206zl IOS upgrade. Latest IOS available is K.15.02.0005 and the last IOS is K.14.65. What feature is enabled in the recent IOS. Current feature has a major difference or not.What is the Base line for new upgrade.
