No access to preferences, no devices after upgrade

Hello all,

I tried to upgrade our PCM+ 2.3 to 3.0
The Upgrade ran without any Errors and I can login do local Client with my old Admin Account.

But PCM does not show any devices (more than 200 were configured in 2.3) and I cannot the Preferences. It looks like am not an Admin User. The Menu 'Tools->Preferences' is greyed out.

Any Ideas whats going wrong?

I uninstalled 2.3 and did and installed 3.0 as new installation.

Now it works.

This way seemed easier to me than fixing the Problem ;)
