No device syslog in PCM

I cant view the device syslog of my procurve switches in PCM.
What do I have to configure in my switches to make them sending syslog to PCM?
I tried

logging severity info
logging

But PCM still does not show the syslog of the device...

Re: No device syslog in PCM

How is PCM reaching the device, is it on the same VLAN or on different VLAN (subnet).

Does the switch has multiple IP addresses ?
are the logs for other switches showing ?
Are all credintials correct between PCM and the device ? (SNMP communities, Manager and operator passwords)

Re: No device syslog in PCM

Yes, other syslogs are showing, but with exact the same config. I can ping PCM from the switch and vice versa. yes the switch has multiple ip-adresses, but the source-ip for traps (i assume the switch takes the same ip as saslog source-ip) is in the same vlan/subnet as PCM. when i do "test communication parameters" in pcm, everything looks fine.

pcm is driving me crazy...

Re: No device syslog in PCM

can you please post the configuration from the switch and tell me the IP address of the PCM server and how it's connected to the switch or the network please.
