PCM 2.2 download seems absent

This morning I tried to download PCM 2.2 from ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/networking/software/ (linked from the download page), and j87780220.zip does not seem to actually be there. Is there another place I should be getting PCM 2.2 from?

Hi Chris, sometimes lan/wan security policy or firewall / anti - spyware / anti-virus prevent you from downloading files like zip or other from the web...

Here's a picture of what I'm seeing in the ftp directory. Other things download fine for me.

The spacing is a bit off, but the old versions are there, the new one has a size of zero.

Chris, please let me know if you could get it from the web link provided by Ronnie. From his link by some reason I am getting the file j87780220.zip also with 0 kb.

Nope, his link (after some clicking) eventually leads to that ftp location, so no dice.
