PCM+ 4 Preferences are buggy

Hi,

 

the PCM forgets the "Network Settings" which stores the proxy or socks configuration. If I set the IP and close the window and reopen it the configuration is lost.

And I can not open the "Software Image Import" Tab. Under "Switch Software" I only can select "prefer the latest version". in earlier version I could select any older firmwares...

 

Please help.

In PCM 2.3 I could set proxy settings manually in .cfg file. Where can I do it in PCM4? And where are the Firmware stored?
