PCM C.03.10.201 & Window 2008 r2

I have installed PCM onto a windows 2008 r2 machine to do some testing. The install apears to work fine while sat at the server or through RDP. The remote client can be downloaded and installed, when it runs it does not find the PCM Server. I have tried this with the firewalls on & off and the result is the same. I have also entered the IP address in the client with the same result. Any ideas please?

Yes, I have it running OK on a Windows 2003 machine. which I tried at the same time.

Windows server 2008 R2 is not supported. I have all kinds of little flaky issues running PCM 3 on Server 2008 R2, and the engineers have associated the problems with Server 2008 R2. I have not heard when support for 08 will be incorporated.
So expect to see some random problems, you can refer to a few other post I have out there like

For now I wait for support for 2008 R2 since we are a virtual shop and our Systems Engineers are not supporting 2003 anymore.

Would be nice if HP would at least let us know a time-line for support on this.

Thanks for that, I had noticed that windows 2008 was not mentioned in many places.Just have to use it with an RDP session that apears OK more testing will tell.
