PCM - Policy - Duplicate enforcement ignored

Hello!

I configured a policy to inform me via mail when an uplink Port on our Core Switch goes down! Last night we had a power failure in one of our buildings with about ten edge switches. But I received only a notification for 2 uplink Ports.

Now when I look in the PCM Events I see that the following message:

Alert [8435 - MYNameForTheAlert] called for execution of policy [MYNameForTheAlert] but execution is already in progress.  Duplicate enforcement ignored

Can I force PCM to execute the policy even if the same policy is running at the moment?
