PCM Software upgrade ?

PCM Software upgrade ?

When trying to do a software upgrade on hp 2626 and 2800 switch i recive Time out error.

But with same thing on one 2524 i works.

Whats can be wrong?
or can a unlicened version not upgrade version greater than 2524.

--
telnet login is same for all my switches.

I had missed to config user and password for cli in preferens.
