PCM adding new subnet

Hi.
I Just installed PCM and I want to put all my subnet of my wan. When I try to add one, i got an error ; "Fail to add subnet. Agent is DOWN or not OPERATIONAL."

What could I do to enable these?

I juste stop and start the default agent and it's ok now!
