PXE-E53 no boot filename recieved

in the device manager i accidentaly checked the box setting MAC client for Realtek.
now I cannot boot windows and I get the same error as a spinning wheel (PXE-E53 no boot filename recieved). how can I solve this problem?
the IDE device is not detected and cannot perform HDD test in BIOS
even the OS restore does not work
I have a compaq presario r3000
please help
