The Clients make a PXE and when we configured dhcp-snooping on the switches it doesnt work. The DHCP Server is a Windows 2003 R2.
We configured the trusted ports for the DHCP Server himself and the Uplinkports to the edges. On every Switch we have configured the authorized Server (DHCP) and the trusted ports. Set dhcp-snooping globally and for the Vlan 1 the default vlan.
It don't works !
What means option 82 on the switch? Modify the source Adress right?? Are there any modifications on the DHCP necessary? Must option 82 be enabled at the switch?
DHCP Server 192.168.25.1 Clients becomme an IP Adress at the 25 Subnet. The Switch is at 192.168.26.x
Hope for help !
Best regards
Andreas
