I'd like to automate some routine items on my Procurve 1600, 4000, 2525 etc switches. Specifically, I'd like to change the management password via Perl Script and SNMP. I manage approximatel 100 ProCurves and changing the password every 90 days is very tedious. Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

SolutionWhat I recommend is you use hpicfSecurity.mib for all 2500 series products and older, and use rfc2576.mib for all newer products.
I hope this is what you are looking for.
