Bcast/Mcast port counters.
but from the sniffer or other management software, the broadcast data is few than what switch showed. i want to know to fix this status? maybe it's the account bug.
does anyone can help me ? i will upload the cfg file.

SolutionIf it still looks to be wrong, please open a new case with HP support and email:
1. description of the problem and troubleshooting performed
2. the 'show tech all'
3. the port counters output after 'clear statistics all'
4. and the packet capture.
By the way your attachments don't seem to be working on the forum for some reason.

i have clear the statistics all. the couter still increase. and i have use this command show tech all. but i don't why not i can't upload the attachment. anyway, thank you very much, i will contact with HP support Team ARJ.
