Port filtering in HP2626

I'm pretty basic when it comes to doing advanced filtering on switches. And to be honest I'm pretty damn confused about it!

How would I go around filtering a specific port's data (ie port 8080 on our network) on a specific physical port? I need 1 physical port on my router that is not passing any info from 9138.

Any ideas? Thanks!
