ProCurve Manager, Softwareupdate problems.

Dear everyone

I'm having trouble with the software update on ProCurve Manager. Every time I try it, it fails during scanning with a time out error. See attached.
My ProCurve Manager is otherwise doing a perfect scan of my devices.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Is your proxy is set up correctly? It seem to be an internet connexion problem. Maybe PCM looking for a connexion till time out.

I mean, the proxy config in HP PCM... Not the config of your proxy...

This could be due to incorrect Telnet password for that device, you can check this by seeing if the CLI Wizard works.

The other thing is to check that the device in Telnet does NOT default to the menu, it needs to be in CLI.
