ProCurve Manger Plus

Hi,
We have uninstalled the ProCurve Manger Plus 1.6 software from the old server which we have registered before on HP website and now we need to have a new key in order to install it on our new HP server. I have tired to enter a new installation ID and generate another key, but I am getting an error message that license already been used. What do we have to do in order to have a replacement key.

Hi Imad,

You need to call HP support to get it reset.

Hi Imad,

The previous license needs to be cleared by ProCurve Support before you can register on seperate box. You can send an email message to myprocurve@hp.com or call 1-866-697-7628
