Problem downloading driver for Conexant SoftK56 Fax PCI Modem

My modem isn't picking up a dial town, sys the port is "already open", indicates my drive is out of date.

So I come here and try to download the driver for the modem. But when it asks me to specify my operating system, it does not include Windows me as an option. So what do I do?
