Problem with 1810G-24

I have P.1.6 firmware and i have this problem:

"Problems Resolved in Release P.1.13
Firmware update (PR_46970) — Firmware image updates fail, and the Active Image field is blank. The switch may report “insufficient memory.” Please note that this fix prevents the switch from reaching a state in which the ability to update an image is lost but does not recover a switch that is currently experiencing this problem. Please contact
support for further assistance with this issue."

Do you know how can i solve this problem?
