Problem woth 9304 looping on reboot.
Hi, can anyone help I have rebooted my 9304 and receive the message:
BOOT INFO: RESET ANY
master arbitrate : become primary arbitrator.
BOOT INFO: Become active CPU module
BOOT INFO: load from primary copy
It isw continually looping and do not know how to break it and access the system. Can anyone give me any ideas as to what to do?

Try to remove primary or secondary management module first (if you have two).

Re: Problem woth 9304 looping on reboot.
It sounds like it may be crashing and rebooting to the redundant module. You probably need to get into the boot monitor (connect your serial cable to the router and press 'b' while it's booting). From there you can boot from seconday flash or a TFTP server if need be. I suggest you call support on this one.

Re: Problem woth 9304 looping on reboot.
Hi thanks for your input. I followed Matt's instructions 'pressing b' in the boot sequence which took me to the boot monitor.
I booted from the secondary flash which resolved the issue. Following which I copy'd flash to flash (sec to Prim) - all sorted.
Cheers
