Now I can register but on registration server it looks like I am connecting to port 1698 instead of 5060 ... any solutions to this?

I have a sip client on internal network and that sip client tries to connect to the remote sip server. The connection/registration should happen on the port 5060 but it looks like we are connecting on port above 1024.
It looks like router is doing changing the port before it leaves the router.
